Al-Mersaad has gained access to the plan which was designed by ISIS to assassinate religious scholars and attack Islamic seminaries, Sufi monasteries and members of some Islamic movements in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran.
The responsibility for the execution of this plan in Pakistan was given to Mufti Abu Usman, Abu Muhammad and Khan (who are key members of Daesh, live in Pakistan and also help Daesh in Afghanistan with weapons and supplies) and in Afghanistan it was handed over to Dr. Umar Haider and to Asad Baloch in Iran.
According to this plan, Daesh wanted to attack some madrassas and religious scholars in Kabul, Laghman, Nangarhar and Kunduz of Afghanistan, and they wanted to attack some madrassas and religious scholars in Peshawar, Bajaur and Balochistan of Pakistan. and wanted to carry out attacks on some Sunni scholars and madrassas in Zahedan and Sistan in Iran.
The source adds that Afghanistan’s intelligence officials had shared information about this plan of ISIS with the security and intelligence officials of Pakistan and Iran and asked them to pay special attention to the security of religious scholars and madrasahs.
Afghanistan’s intelligence authorities had appointed a special team to neutralize this plan. After repeated efforts, they found the hideout of the implementer of this plan (Engineer Omar Haider) in Kabul, carried out an operation on it, and killed Engineer Omar and some other members of this group and hired hundreds of security forces for the security of madrassas and religious scholars.
But the Pakistani authorities did not take any special measures on time. The source also says that the Pakistani authorities were asked for the second time to pay attention to the security of the religious scholars and madrassas and take measures, but they still failed to do so. and did not take any security measures for Scholars and madrassas.
Daeshis martyred a scholar named Ijaz-ul-Haq in the Mashukhel area of Peshawar, several religious scholars in the Bajaur area, and also a scholar in Balochistan. After that, they attacked a large gathering and martyred many scholars and students.
According to security experts, Pakistan made a smart move and blamed the Islamic Emirate as soon as the attack took place, despite the fact that Daesh officially claimed and took the responsibility for the attack.
According to Analysts, by pointing the finger of blame at the Islamic Emirate, the Pakistani authorities want to cover up the failure of their security and intelligence agencies and make the Pakistan’s religious scholars and Islamic movements assume bad of the Islamic Emirate. One of the objectives of this unjustified action of Pakistan may be to prepare the public mind for its future plans in Afghanistan and to gain support for it.
It is worth mentioning that some time before the Bajaur attack, an American official (Michael Erik Kurilla) also went to Pakistan, his objectives were mysterious and he held many meetings.
